Not every home fits a standard package — and that’s fine. SonderCleaning’s customizable service lets you choose what gets cleaned, how often, and at what level of detail. Every visit still follows our documented top-to-bottom method. What changes is the scope, the focus, and the frequency — all set by you.

What you can customize

  • Frequency — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time
  • Focus areas — need extra attention on bathrooms? Baseboards every visit? Deep kitchen clean monthly? We build it in.
  • Service tier — Service 1 (you supply equipment, $35/hr) or Service 2 (we bring everything, $40/hr)
  • Add-ons — oven interior cleaning, fridge interior, interior windows, blinds and window sills
  • Scheduling — morning, afternoon, or a fixed recurring time that works for your household

Every custom plan includes the SonderCleaning standard

Regardless of what you customize, every visit follows the same documented method — bathrooms first, top to bottom, left to right. The SonderCleaning Seal applies on every bathroom floor. Before & after photos on every visit.

  • Bathrooms — always first, always by hand, hard water protocol for Calgary shower glass and chrome
  • Kitchen — scope based on your plan (standard surfaces, or full deep including oven and fridge)
  • Floors — vacuumed first, mopped last. Hard floors checked at angle for residue.
  • Common areas, bedrooms, baseboards — included or excluded based on your plan
  • Frequency — you set it, we stick to it
