Questions about SonderPoints
How do I sign up for SonderPoints?
You don't need to sign up separately. When you book your first clean, your account is created automatically and SonderPoints tracking begins immediately. Your first visit earns 20 points — double the usual amount.
When are my points added to my account?
Points are added automatically once your clean is marked as completed — usually within a few hours of your cleaner finishing. You'll receive an email confirmation showing your updated point balance.
Do my points expire?
Never. SonderPoints have no expiry date. Whether you book every week or a few times a year, your points will always be there waiting for you.
How do I redeem my points for a free hour?
When you have 150 or more points and you're booking your next clean, you'll see the option to apply your points at checkout. One redemption = one free hour (~$38 value). You can redeem multiple hours if you have enough points.
Can I earn points on all service types?
Yes — regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out all earn 10 SonderPoints per completed visit. The 2× bonus on your first visit applies regardless of service type.
How does the referral bonus work?
When you refer a friend and they complete their first clean, you earn 15 SonderPoints. Your friend also gets $25 off their first booking — all cleaning types. To track your referral, let us know at info@sondercleaning.com after your friend books.
