I run SonderCleaning here in Calgary, and I still clean homes myself. Everything I teach at the bootcamp is what I do on real jobs, every week. No theory, just what works.

FAQ
Do I need experience?
No. The bootcamp is built for people starting from zero.
How much does it cost?
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer after you reserve.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before. From 2 to 6 days before, you can move to another date once, free. You can also send someone in your place. Read the full refund policy
Will I get a job at SonderCleaning?
The bootcamp is open to everyone and doesn't include a job offer. You'll leave with skills you can use anywhere.
Is this a certification?
You'll receive a Certificate of Participation showing you completed the bootcamp. It isn't a government or industry certification.
How old do I need to be?
18 or older.
What language is the bootcamp in?
English.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, and your lunch. We provide all cleaning products and tools.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. You'll sign a short waiver when you arrive.
Where is it?
In a home in Calgary. We send the exact address once your payment is confirmed.
Refund & transfer policy
Your spot is confirmed once we receive your e-Transfer. Holds that aren't paid within 48 hours are released automatically, and you aren't charged anything.
If you cancel
- 7 or more days before the bootcamp: full refund.
- 2 to 6 days before: no refund, but you can move to any bootcamp in the next 6 months, once, at no cost.
- Less than 48 hours before, or if you don't show up: no refund or transfer.
Can't make it? Send someone in your place. You can give your spot to someone else at no cost. Send us their name, email and phone at least 24 hours before the bootcamp. They must be 18 or older.
If we cancel or reschedule. If we need to cancel or move a bootcamp (for example, fewer than 4 people registered, illness, or severe weather), you choose: a full refund or a free move to another date.
Late payments. If your payment arrives after your hold expired and the bootcamp is already full, we'll refund you in full or move you to the next date, whichever you prefer.
How refunds work. We send refunds by Interac e-Transfer to the email that paid, within 5 business days.
Completing the bootcamp. The Certificate of Participation is issued to people who attend the full day. If someone is asked to leave for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour, no refund is given.
